Theres an app called Steam Tile or something that will make wide tiles for your Steam games at least.

Yeah, i saw that but tbh, i don't think i'd put games using Wide tiles, got too many for that.

Just updated a laptop with win 7 license. I reserved my place with the icon. Then downloaded the updating tool and updated right away. No need to wait in a queue. Fully activated windows 10 and kept all my software installed working fine.

Deviantart, there are lots of packs, and even standalone images, for the ones i couldn't find i googled "[GAME NAME] Windows 8 tile" more often than not i'd find one.

It has genuinely confused me. On my Work laptop, my Main PC and my GFs PC the image has always been that rock arch thing, and on my Tablet it kept the custom one I had from Windows 8.1. But now I turn my Main PC on and suddenly its that ice caves picture from the stock images?

Random. Its a nice picture though. I wish they would bring back some of the ones from the Preview too.

How did you get Steam games to launch with TileCreator? Everything I try just pops up the "choose an app to open the file" box?

I didn't run the Proxy installer as Admin so it wasn't picking up the file. Sorted that now.

But it flickers up the TileCreator app before launching the game, which is really annoying

What i find amazing with Win10, is i can now actually use Win8 apps without it being a horrid user interaction, Woop.

This happened to my Mrs laptop, i told her i have no idea how it happened and she's convinced i did it as a joke.

Ok, one simple mod of moving taskbar to left hand side and I now much prefer it to win 8.1 on tablets. Access to everything and back button.

Just hope in the upcoming feature update, that edge tool bar can be moved to the bottom.

If I buy Windows 10 home can I install on more than one machine and also is there a limit to how many times I can install it on different hardware (but technically one station)?

no u can't install it on more then one device. but if u buy retail u can transfer it e.g if u upgrade your computer.

oem it's tied to the device it's installed on
