That might be due to the fact that at some point (not sure if its still the case) the installer package of CPU-z came bundled with hidden adware that was little better than malware.
It removed that for me as well, including Spybot S&D 2.4 and 8GadgetPack due to compatibility issues. I just reinstalled them all and don't have an issue, that was a few days ago.
One thing with with this latest build was driving me insane that took me 3 days to figure out how to fix it.
With Windows 8/8.1 and 10 whenever I left the PC on and powered of my screen and turned it back on, any windows open would all resize to 1024x768 and all be moved to the top left corner, damn annoying.
Now in the past since Windows 8 and up to 10 build 10240 I could fix this by going into the registry and editing this key.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration
I changed the display key that had SIMULATED in it.
PrimSurfSize.cx to 1920 from 1024
PrimSurfSize.cy to 1080 from 768
Once this was changed I could power off the screen and back on again and all windows would stay exactly where they were.
Now in the latest 10586 build this no longer worked. What did fix it was going into the control panel, and set a custom DPI scale of 99% (defaults back to 100% which I wanted anyway) instead of letting Windows automatically managing it.
Now when I power my screen off and and on my windows stay where they are and at the size I left them.
If you go into the modern settings, system, display, it says a custom scale factor is set.
I'm using a HDMI connector for my main screen and DispayPort of the other.
