Eventually got power restored at 23:30 last night after being out for 5 hours or so. Sterling work by the engineers that have to go out in that weather and fix all the faults, awesome stuff.

Tomorrow could be interesting for central area

GFS can't make its mind up if it is happening or not but Arpege (which I've generally found more accurate) is laying it on thick.

BBC going with sleet and light snow showers though, UK Met sitting somewhere in between.

About 3 inches layed here over night, with more forecast for lunchtime through till dinner. Going to be fun, hope it all clears from roads today.

Snow is GREAT(When I am on leave).

We've had a fair bit of snow and a wind storm this knocked all power out of the surrounding villages, luckily were ok, a lot of trees down on the roads, Railway lines, parks etc

Lots of snow going on right now.

On the first night it took out one of my cameras, which usually is the one thats most constant.

Snowing again in Leeds and settling, pretty thick snow. Great other day the wind and snow took out the roof gutter in the back and now leaks like a waterfall, was hoping Monday someone can come sort it out... Now they will probably say they can't because of snow, hoping it melts again and clears.

Need to fit my ice stud cycle tyres later, Met Office warning in place until 1000 Monday, cycle commuting as normal in the morning.

After my hands going numb in the cold of yesterday while at work, I'm resisting the pleasant looking sunshine today, staying indoors.

Just started snowing here but won't settle, too wet. Drove home from Somerset earlier and it was quite heavy around Andover!
