So jealous! Surf was a bit **** yesterday! I went out in my kayak. Too choppy for it though. But not good enough for surf!Beautiful today, nice and warm and good surf had a good session

Started cool but you really wouldn't think it was November by mid-day here.

Sod's law, I woke up late and was a complete zombie during yesterday's heatwave of 18C. Today doesn't feel so tropical, 15C now and it's only going to get cooler and wetter for the coming week. Meh.

it looked a bit full on yesterday so i just did some coastal walking, thing is with my local beaches they are west facing so as you know can be too heavy or a white water mess, blown out ,I do enjoy Towan beach in the big swells as its very sheltered ,lots of scary close outs though .I use this cam quite a lot and this one ,the side veiw always give an indication of how big the paddle will be to get out back

Actually had some decent surf (not as good As yours) but the wind was offshore which is unusual here so the waves properly banked up!

At dawn this morning it was 5.8C outside and our bedroom was 16C -Had to get up and tweek the stat and it got to a comfortable 17C
Also getting through a bit of wood in the last week.
9.6C out and 20.4C in at moment. - Damart time soon.

yeah its a little rock ledge in New Polzeath, there's quite a few people move down from the midlands, i came down from Yorkshire but had a few decades with a seasonal pitch caravan in St Agnes
edit when i think about it about 14 years with the pitch and caravan and a few years camping

Had two storage heaters on last night, for the first time this autumn, low of 6C outside and the heat coming off the large lounge one was pathetic when I surfaced at gone 1000... Input of ~40% was not enough, trying ~66% tonight.
Had storage heaters in our first flat, always found them rubbish for heating!
