Used to live in a flat upstairs and when they put the heating on downstairs it was a as warm as toast in mine didn't need to turn heating on at all! Thanks for all the free heat etc

Nah still hasn't been a frost yet which reminds me got to take citrus in pots indoors

Some of the models firming up on a prolonged cooler, but not cold cold, spell with a chance of light snow. Some others not having it though. Though BBC has overnight lows into the minuses here for the 24th and 25th right at the start of it but showing milder temperatures where other models are showing the cooler weather.
 
Metcheck.com is showing signs of light sleet in my area, starting from next week and becoming more likely towards the end of the week. :(

I've mostly managed to hold off putting the heating on still, with the exception of a few bursts to help dry laundry.
 
Some fascinating changes on the models, but I wouldn't want to call anything, one thing I will say there is fair consistency on the jet being displaced which helps - often everything else seems to be falling into place but the jet is persistently over us and nothing comes off.
 
been used to westerly's so this will be a shock showing 1c/2c lows right to the end of 1st week of December down here ,glad my non hardy's are wrapped , sea still 13c ,thinking Polzeath will be busy tomorrow with the sun out,, its great how we get the summer vibe with all the surf schools out
 
It's definitely cool, if not cold. It's definitely not hot Alex, you crazy person. Perhaps you are going through the manopause.

Showing sub-zero temps from tomorrow and all of next week here.... Checked 3 different sites (as they can vary wildly) but they are all reporting the same

About time we had a proper cold Winter.
