Wow...some cranky posters around this evening :D

Point taken, no need to resort to childish comments though guys...grow up a little ;)

Im not personally annoyed or cranky, but you are just the 100th poster to come in the thread and do exactly the same thing, so it's bound to get some peoples backs up.

Filming outside Armoy as well, heres one of the locations near the gracehill golf course, about 1.5 miles from me.

Cant remember where i got that one sorry, as it was my desktop some time ago. If you google image search "the dark hedges" theres quite a good selection from various angles, (straight down the middle of the road looks the best). A very popular photograph location with the tourists.

Yes, there's clearly some sexual frustration going on.

I don't see the problem, discuss the books if you like. It's for the Mods to say what is and isn't acceptable - no-one else.

How about you grow up and use some common sense. The books spoil the story for those that havent read them and only watch the TV series... and the reason that these forums work so well (and the mods will tell you the same im sure) is that it is also to a large extent self-policing... they cant be everywhere at once, so members will speak out when they see things that arent right, and report if serious.

Throughout this entire thread people have asked for no mention of the events in future books, and while the majority respect this, there seems to be a few idiots that can't help spoiling things.

There is a separate book thread for discussion of the books, I really don't see what's so hard to grasp about such a simple concept.

Is there as much graphic sex in the future books?:p It'll definitely be for my benefit!
My Girlfriend was off work for a couple of days and watched the first series on my recommendation whilst I was at work. I was literally pounced on when I got in:o

On a more serious note, I can't wait for the next series. I'm going to get the audio books to listen to on my way to work, cos next July is too far away.

I hope that little blond king gets his face kicked in at some point. He plays a pretty good part though.

Pounced on in a good way or a bad way? :p A lot of the sex scenes in the series didn't actually come from the books - I think only the Daenarys sex scenes did. I'd expect a similar amount of sex and nudity in series 2.

Initially good, then slightly scary:( It saved me work trying to get her in the mood though so it's still a win!

An actual question about the TV series, if someone deems it to be talking about the books, I'm not sure if it is or isn't and to be honest, I don't give a crap. The books and TV series are intrinsically linked anyway so . As long as specific plot lines aren't mentioned as spoilers, I can't see the harm.

Question: The King's ******* child who is the forger and who is going to the wall at the end. Is he an integral part of the story (as I suppose he is the actual heir to the throne) or is he just part of the story to highlight that the king had children all over the place?

He's still in the series after book 1, and for some time too.

I don't think much more than that should be said now. This is the Game of Thrones TV thread. It is not A Song of Ice and Fire books/multiple TV seasons thread.

Perhaps editing the thread title would help? You would have thought the current title would be enough to deter people talking about the later books lol!

Gendry the apprentice blacksmith and Robert's illegitimate son has no claim to the throne owing to him being a *******. He would have needed to be legitimised by Robert in order for him to have a claim, which is of course now impossible.

The legal heir to the Iron Throne is Stannis Baratheon.

I thought a ******* could be legitimised by any king?

Spolier:

******** can be legitamised by any king, although since there's only supposed to be one, and doing so would usurp himself (in this particular case!), it's unlikely to happen.

Hard to talk about this without revealing the next four books! :D
