Seems to much of a coincidence that Dany is struggling to control her dragons while Bran can control any animal.

Just realised as well. In the last series didn't that wierd tree person say to Bran, "you will never walk again Bran, but you will fly"

Even more of a hint towards the dragons.

Tywin is already dead where as The Mountain isnt.

Wonder if they will recast the Mountain again; they seem to like doing that.

I'm also thinking Bran will get a recast next year, another good reason to have left him out all season; other characters are moving ahead of the books but they dont seem to want to take his ahead.

The other characters are only slightly ahead of the books though - and only some of them. That said, Bran's story is slightly behind now I think about it. :p

I don't get this... people are putting 'spoiler' tags around stuff that has been broadcast on the show - that is what the thread is for, it is a TV thread for discussing the TV show - discussing what was just broadcast doesn't need spoiler tags

on the other hand stuff that you've read in the books that hasn't happened yet in the show should be in spoiler tags (probably with a warning) - example below:

I think zombie-Mountain is going to make an appearance soon given the creepy doctor mentioned his 'work' was progressing to Cersei.

Is a trial by combat possible with the holy crazies? Or does that not work with their religious trial...

Zombie Mountain and Loras could both do well with that!

Thats not from the books - that whole plot is tv only.

Oberyn had His weapon coated in poison.

Yes, but you saw what was a massive-bodied guy in the Qyburn's room with all sorts of medical stuff being done and there was a conversation between Cersei and him just after the Mountain was poisoned/wounded where they talked about saving him and whether or not he will be strong. It's extremely clear-cut.

I'm going to have to rewatch the whole lot again to pick up on things iv missed. The whole series is starting to piece little bits together again now. I really enjoyed the jast episode to be fair!
Not read any of the books yet so I'm enjoying the suspense.

Indeed.

Possibly. So under the red god the hound was able to kill berric to prove his innocence after being accused by Arya. Whether you can pick a champion or not I don't know and whether the seven do this is another question I don't have an answer to too.

I know, but when Cersei asked if He could save Him Qyburn said that it is difficult to say. So assuming He does bring Him back from near death then I guess He will be totally different.

I haven't read the books yet, so I don't know if the storyline is different there.

I may have quoted out of context, sorry.

If you're arguing that The Mountain may be different then yeah - I don't disagree. I thought I read a comment suggesting that it wasn't obvious that it was The Mountain that was being zombified/treated.

IMO there is a difference between someone who has read the books and knows about this zombie character, and then see's the "hint" in the last season as a clear indication of the future plot line, such that they can immediately recognize someone under a cover halfway through the next season, despite everyone else would probably see it as *very* oblique hint. There is a difference between that and the alternative of someone who hasn't read the books being so eagle eyed as to come to the same conclusion. I know which of these I am betting on with the first chap who mentioned this.
