Zaha had his chance at a big club when he went to United and failed to impress. At Palace he plays every game and is the focal point of the Palace attack. If any team is looking at a Palace player they should be looking at Olisé or Eze, not Zaha.
You could argue the same about De Bruyne or Salah at Chelsea.Zaha had his chance at a big club when he went to United and failed to impress. If those players were free id agreeYou could argue the same about De Bruyne or Salah at Chelsea.
That said, I agree that I'd take Olise or Eze over Zaha.
United crying out for a striker. Glaziers unlikely to spend again (for the foreseeable?).
He's had a good start to the season but lol.I think we should take a punt on Mitrovic myself. Unload Ronaldo it would be like a straight swap financially.
Outside of Haaland, Kane and Lewondowski he must be up there as one of the best number 9's in Europe at the moment.
At 30 years old, would Zaha be happy as a backup?

Players can have purple patches. Putting him in the same bracket after 10 games is silly.Okay tell me a better number 9 outside those 3?
Mitrovic is also doing it in the best league in the world as well.

Ivan Toney is flying this season aswell. Are we putting him in the same bracket?I understand that but you also cannot ignore his stats last season in the Championship. 43 goals in 46 apps and the Championship is easily of equal to some of the European Leagues. Also in his first season in the Prem with Fulham he was a 1 in 3 striker with a relegated team. The only blip is the 20/21 season but Fulham were absolutely dire that season so cannot really blame it on him.

Ultimately the Championship isnt a top tier league so whilst i get your point it isnt imo enough to be putting him in with the best in the world.
Mitrovic would be a big gamble for United.
Depends how much United can spend tbh but Martinez at Inter might be worth a shout.Oh yes it would no doubt but there isn't really much going around with No9's these days.
