Wolfenstien 2 Vulkan benchmarks:

To be honest, most benchmarkers are fake gamers.... They don't know jack about games or how to play games, they don't even know what settings in a game are most of the time, only resolution and thats it.

Herm he shows he settings and raw numbers! What ever happened to his windows 10 bench numbers has also been shown by other users.

So his results was true although something could have been wrong with his original windows install.

I very doubt he done it on purpose.

Wow, so much toxicity in this thread, really sad to see. Be happy that AMD perform so well in this game, if this continues with other releases, it will mean AMD win back more market share, have more money for r&d, which will let them keep developing high end GPU's for years to come.

Competition is everyone's friend :)

He's notorious for posting bogus results and getting corrected by legit review channels.

My issue with your post is, who are these legit review channels? again most of the review channels are done by people who arent gamers and don't know game settings or settings in general, all they do is focus on resolution and don't know how to configure settings.

To give an example, chromatic aberration, most places will likely have this on, granted it may use slightly more resources but this setting will for the most part cause visual degradation as opposed to improving it, I mean people in the photography world spend thousands of pounds on just the lenses to get rid of this from photographs, why the heck would you switch this on if its seen as a bad thing visually.

Fake benches?
He claimed a 20% improvement with the recent Windows update. When others tested the same benchmark there results were significantly less then what joker reported. He done it by getting the game (Division I think) to run a lot lower in the original benchmark a lot slower then when he retested the game with the new update.

http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-Edition-17.10.3-Release-Notes.aspx

- Temporarily disabled Async compute on 1080ti until driver fix is in

In order to install a patch on the Steam public beta branch, right click the game in your Steam library. Go to properties, then the "Betas" tab. In the dropdown, choose public beta as your branch.
