I'm only going off what most game engines use, I'm not a developer.
Good memory. I remembere MS and their previous attempts with "Games for windows" and what a ******* disaster that was. Running fraps to complete GTA to slow down frames. They practically sabotaged Open GL back in the day and with UWP they want people using DX :s
No good on NVidia?I went off what the dev said on twitter, I am making an assumption that he refers to NVidia. Someone will need to test it I guess. https://twitter.com/idsoftwaretiago/status/922474104418131969
Nope, it was a **** poor port that was **** poor through GFWL.Was it not the GTA Garage software (some desktop app that ran with the game AFAIR) that tanked FPS due to sucking up memory?

Oh dear, not the savour some hoped I see.ComputerBase already tested it, and it made Vega 64 lose 3% of it's performance, and corrupted the image quality as well. On GTX 1080 it caused a drop of just 1%.

In other words, it's a useless setting as of now.
Shocking but not shockedNot that long ago they had to do a rebuild of Dirt 3 without it and then give it away to everyone who owned the Games for Windows version of Dirt 3 on Steam.
Good to see the old Matt back and getting stuck in!

Yes, seems to be the other way around in game."GPU culling (ie the rejection of, for example, invisible polygons) should be switched off on AMD graphics cards and on Nvidia accelerators according to the game recommendation." Well they got that wrong Lol
That's blasphemy!
Shh, oldest and first GPU I owned was a GeForce MX440.Try and get this game running on a ATI 3D Rage.
