Nowadays the term equal right equal fights is being used. Some american women in an argument want to go toe to toe with a man and expect him not to retaliate even when she throws the first, second and third hit. I know there are alternative ways to diffuse the situation, but i guess some people have short fuses.

Yep they are... I think people are getting into a tizzy because they immediately see a group of "black gangsters horrifically all attacking the defenseless white woman" all at the same time (which is BS).

In a nutshell: Bus recording captures Gay guy getting into a fight with girl, girl gets kicked in the stomach. Police will find guy and charge him with assault... the end.

I don't get it, why are you so tetchy about people making reference to ethnicity, yet you've repeatedly made comments speculating about the perpetrator's sexuality as if that is somehow relevant? Why is one so taboo and the other perfectly ok to bring into it?

to be fair it might not be a race related incident... in fact I think for all incidents - there ought to be actual evidence of racism not just attacker/victim happen to be of different races - if it were white people doing it to a black woman it shouldn't necessarily be 'racist' either... unless it could be shown they were doing it because she was black rather than the woman the scumbags chose to attack also happened to be of a different race...
 
They deserve probes to be inserted in every orifice they have and left in a bin to rot away. They are of no use to the human race if that is how they can behave towards another, let alone a lone woman.

As others have said, it'll go to court and they'll get away with a slap on the wrist with some saying oh but "they are young and they were high. Let us look at society, video games, music etc..... This is the cause"
