Woolwich serious incident

In what fantasy were all sides equal? Germany were far superior
Depends on your criteria, numerically France had far more tanks for example, we had a better Navy.
Perhaps you should allow me to explain what my own posts mean rather than you tell me what you think they mean :)
Never said the FR rolled over
Any support for the Taliban is partly a reaction to the corrupt Afghan government, hardly popular and still nothing like the FR

Capitalism wants the blood of innocents on it's hand, is this the same superior culture you have been referring to? Your vote is your ability by the way, and so is your voice.
Culture and Politics are different animals. Voting has no real influence on international politics because all parties support the same systems of government.

Are you unable to put forward a coherent point without being overly aggressive and offensive, like I said it just makes you look silly and immature. We have "ToiletStan", "sky pixie", "peasants" and a raft of others.
What is there to take seriously? Yet another kid corrupted by this ridiculously arrogant religion, a culture that finds itself completely out of step with modern politics and a country torn apart by greed and ignorance. If people weren't dying at its hands so often then Islam would just be another joke like Scientology, full of people who take themselves really seriously whilst ardently denying the mayhem that they cause.
Type 'muslim riot' into google and it's like a geography lesson of every country in the world, because every single country has to put up with the same BS from this aggressive religion.

The continued association of barbaric wars/kidnapping/torture and imprisonment helps counter notion of western culture being civilised and progressive.
I don't think America is interested in anyone else's opinion.

These are the things that fuel extremism and a back lash is nothing but expected.
Terrorism actually costs a targeted country very little in the scheme of things, all it does is justify further invention (we can expect massive investment in drones)

apart from being a distraction to the pain and misery you cause worldwide
If this doesn't have an economic value then I can't see it being relevant to the US government. I don't actually know what the UK gets out of being their sidekick.

Not that Afghans marry goats but I guess this is your way of insulting the peasants.
To marry a goat would cost money, goat rape however is OK.
Google will bring up the relevant video.

You claim one culture/nation is backwards and barbaric for spreading violence and pain, yet
Didn't I just ask you to quote where I apparently said this?

you cant do that without popular support
The middle east is full of rulers with minority support, Syria and Iraq being the most recent ones.

Not all Afghanis are shepherds and we, as you like to mention, are a progressive nation/people yet you choose to refer to phrases from the middle ages :o
Because rural Afghanistan is still living in the middle ages with a religion to match? It's an agricultural economy that exports about the same amount we give in aid to India and has one of the lowest literacy rates in the world.
It's not all like that but then neither was England in the middle ages.

As you said earlier, learn from history. The Taliban was in control for many years, I'm yet to hear them attempting to convert the world to Islam.
What do you think is the prime purpose of every organised religion on earth? It's not making jam.

You can't see why these illegal wars, murder, kidnapping and torture could possibly cause some to retaliate in a unreasonable manner? perhaps you mistook or intentionally contorted "understandable" in the context it was used.
I can see that Islam still operates in the same way as the Catholic church did, in that if you attack a Catholic country the Vatican would order an attack on you. Entirely predictable that Islam has yet to evolve. Christians are being butchered in Africa every month but you don't see a bunch of Methodists waving cutlery outside KFC.

You have witnessed this in this very normal and secular culture with two former soldiers fire bombing a mosque
Just the inevitable results of Labour's failed Multicultural experiment, there has never been a clash of cultures like this in the UK before. This has always been a slighly xenophopic culture but I've never seen people hate another group before now.

I think we need to wrap our little derailment up, it's going to get boring :/

Adebolajo is trying to appeal - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-25961430

Michael Adebolajo, who was found guilty of the murder of British soldier Lee Rigby, has lodged an application to appeal against his conviction, the Judicial Office has confirmed.

Adebolajo, 29, from Romford, east London, said he was a "soldier of Allah" and it was an act of war.

I would suggest he gets this "Allah" fellow to come and personally ask for an appeal for him before we waste another penny on this sick idiot!

Most apply to appeal. Not everyone is granted the application. Fewer still win their appeal. Non-news, move along.

Still going to cost taxpayers money. He should just be publicly flayed and impaled. Bet it's costing taxpayers to keep him safe and secure from other inmates inside too, woo. Give it a few years though and we'll have Sharia law inbedded in the country, and then people like him can get off scot free for crap like this.

HUMAN RIGHTS THOUGH RIGHT?

In the same breath (well, post) you are condoning sharia law, infamous for it's brutal punishments such as public flaying and the like, but also requesting such a thing to be executed upon someone.

There's a word for that: Hypocrite.

I don't care if you think that, brutal punishments would be fantastic and are exactly what the country needs, there is nothing in place whatsoever to deter criminals. What I condone about Sharia law is the fact that it allows pieces of filth like Adebolajo get off with crimes like this. Oh and the fact that the punishments aren't reserved for those who actually deserve it... Also, there is nothing hypocritical about my post whatsoever, you can agree and disagree with aspects of something without being a hypocrite.

Way to interpret something in a completely uneccesarily black and white manour for the sake of sounding punchy, there's a word for that: No personal insults..

Says the guy posting the news... in a public forum... giving it more publicity... for free, too. At least the news agencies are paid to do it.

See the numpties are out in pairs today

Do you think most people would define "publicity" as:-
a) A mention in a thread buried on an obscure computer hardware forum.
b) Or front page articles on main stream papers and websites.

I can help you answer that if needs B <-----

If only brutal punishments had any kind of effect like that which you desire. It must be quite disappointing to realise that every single example of extreme punishment employing system shows no effect of deterrency. Ever.

Says the guy giving publicity to a topic he is complaining is getting too much publicity.

The fact you're still arguing that this thread, in this obscure little forum, counts as publicity speaks for itself; Comes across as a individual who seemingly doesn't have anything to actually add to a topic, but is simply more geared to raising petty trivial points simply for some childish one-upman-ship.

Anyway...

Hence all the one eyed and one handed residents of saudi arabia, they weren't deterred did a crime and got a part cut off or out, simple bullying of the poor, fools justice.

You must have missed a thread started by a young guy here who complained about the controlling a game.
It went world wide and even ATI gave him a top of the range graphics card.

So stop calling members names,

Says the guy resorting to name calling ("numpties") and can't fathom the blatant truth that had he not posted it we would not be having this discussion and the albeit limited publicity, but absolutely more publicity than not posting it at all, that brings.

Yeh, I think we got the publicity point.

Didn't the first trial rule out the "Soldier of Allah" plea as being no defence?

Personally I hope he drags this out for a few years, maybe get the EU to defend his human rights or something. It took years to deport one of these people, it looks like it will take years just to send another one to jail :D
