I got his point about fight or flight fine but listing height, gym and martial arts is just pointless, fight or flight has nothing to do with any of those, it's a chemical reaction and very, very hard to alter.

Civil human beings while giving them health is utterly painful after they cut a mans head off letting them die would make us no better then they are.

They were ready to die as martyrs giving them what they want is not the solution either.
 
So, this is an islamist attack? a terrorist attack? I am yet to see any evidence to confirm either - but the news agencies are reporting it as such - which is an absolute disgrace in its own right, and just feeds racial and religious tensions.

At no point in the itv video published, or in the eyewitness accounts/radio interviews, has anybody actually said the words 'AllahuAkbar' were used.. Even if anybody says it -does that make them a muslim or even a terrorist? No it does not. But most people seem to thinks that makes you a muslim - they are only words, that is all.

ITV have published that video - why are they not playing the part that mentions religious undertones? It all seems a bit suspect to me. If they have the evidence why not just release it?
 
And aren't whites going to be a minority in London in a few years? Worrying times. Something has to be done now. Throwing every foreigner out of this country would be a start.

I don't think you both understand who these people represent tbh. They are extremist militant muslims. Simply branding islam as evil is just rubbish. I'm not a fan of any religion, but it does serve its purpose when taught well to the people that fail to comprehend the meaning of the books (koran, bible etc), as a form of moral guidance. Extremists are often mentally ill obsessive compulsive characters, who take on an "ideal" to mask their need to be feared/respected/hated etc.

...and yet he's a big bloke and being confronted by a 13 year old girl (in his scenario).

That makes all the detail he gave relevant. If it was a bloke with a similar build to a 13 year old girl that had received no personal defence training his scenario wouldn't make any sense.

As many Somalians share the same ideology as the Afghans and beliefs of removing foreign fighters from “their lands”.
 
Looking at the video the attacker didn't really strike me as being religious, I genuinely think they are using Islam to cover up the fact they wanted to go out and brutally murder someone because they didn't like the armed forces. He didn't look particularly Somalian either.
