Should the lad on the line (couldn't see who it was - sagnol?) have got to the headed goal?

Its what he's there for but I think Barthez flapped in front of him, and it was a solid header, and quite high up. Can't really fault him IMO.

If it was slowed down though you wouldn't have seen the speed the ball was moving. There was a lot of power behind the header

Big Luca Toni has disappointed me during this WC.....I expected him to be banging them in after his Serie A season.....I even bet he'd score first tonight, i have too much faith in people

Although he's only scored twice in this WC, I think his overall gameplay has been very good.
