Just say you were advised dell advantage code should work, but when applying it, it doesn't work. They'll probably do you an offer/deal at the code price.
 
It seems to have shipped out now but the tracking isn't working. It says customer number doesn't match the order number or something?

This is via syncreon.

Edit: Nevermind, seemed to work now. Maybe just didn't update yet.
 
Mine is showing shipped also. I'm wondering if these have been shipped out based on location and 3PL handling the delivery? It would be nice if it came before Easter.
 
My order was shipped Saturday AM but no movement. Guessing Syncreon don’t work on the weekends.

Status says: “order has not yet been received at warehouse”. (Since Saturday)
 
Mine has shipped too.

Syncreon is awful, I had the same issue with my first order where it didn't move at all. PS. Syncreon is just a middle man for dell and the proper courier, courier will either be DPD, UPS.

Fingers crossed it arrives on Thursday but I'm not expecting till next week now due to Easter and being in NI.
 
Well mine is still at ‘Confirmed’, so yes I’m pretty disappointed! Time to go have a moan at Dell.

Asked to get put through to a manager to try and get a better answer but “they cannot help as not in our control”.

I’m just going to write a complaint out, mainly to get an actual proper answer as it doesn’t fill me with confidence that my order isn’t in some void somewhere!
 
So just spoken to Syncreon. Basically the monitors in transit from the Netherlands so will be Wednesday when I get it as well.

Noticed you can check this using the tracking button in Dells portal (which I don’t think worked before). Says departed “Tilburg_NL”

Apparently not. Which is pretty **** to be honest. :mad:

Edit: just gone into production!! Still says 5th May shipping, 6th for delivery
