TIA, Tea Infused Anarchist???
As for OSD settings, I use 32 brightness, 66 contrast, in Creator mode, sRGB setting, Gamma is 2.4. That's the baseline, you can adjust the brightness to whatever you like best as it makes no difference to colour accuracy or black grading etc.
The in Windows make sure you're only in HDR mode when playing HDR games etc, and that you have used the Windows HDR Calibration Tool to create a HDR specific profile that's used when HDR mode is enabled. In normal SDR mode there should be no colour profile as it's not necessary.
If this is the first time using a monitor like this, then the above changes will be weird at first as everything will feel like it's dim or not vivid, it's actually exactly as it should be for colour accuracy and the natural vividness of OLED where it needs to be. You can of course change the mode to standard from creator, but the colours will no longer align with accuracy then.
Mine is also set to 10-bit output in Windows so max refresh is 144Hz, I do a lot of editing work and 144Hz and native (regardless of whether it is needed on an Nvidia card or not) is just extra peace of mind. plus I notice more VRR flicker at 175Hz which I do not like. Also HDR content is 10-bit anyway so kind of makes sense to have native 10-bit enabled I guess.
