Think thats it, probably a few others I'm forgetting but those are the important ones.
 
Did the first two bosses of highmaul on "normal" today... one shotted the first boss and got the second boss on the second attempt. Quite easy to be honest and looking forward to moving onto heroic difficulty - some nice mechanics in their too

We are a group of friends from OCUK and other places. We are nice guys, we have one member who doesn't use a mic due to being too shy but apart from that we expect all members to use VOIP.

We expect 100% attendance to raids, even if you're spec is not required that night.

Thurs: 18:00-00:00
Friday: 18:30-01:30
Saturday: 13:00-16:00 & 17:30-01:00
Sunday: 13:00-15:30 & 18:30-00:00
Monday: Break

100% attendance with those hours? how much you paying? salary or hourly? how many weeks holiday do i get per year?
 
Jesus christ.

I've been in hardcore guilds before, including world Top 50, I've never in my life seen raid hours like that and a 100% attendance requirement. With those sort of hours you should be looking at a Top 30 spot.

43.5 hours of raiding... and you want 100% attendance even if not required...

It comes as no surprise that one of your members is shy and has little social skills (bit below the belt I agree and I will apologise in advance), but seriously... 43.5 HOURS OF RAIDING A WEEK!!!! That is more than a full time job!!!!
 
We're aware of this behaviour and have been working on a hotfix that's currently being tested to address this. To encourage players to stick around, quests received from the Garrison Inn will receive an additional condition to defeat the final boss of the instance.

Managed to kill 3 bosses in Normal Highmaul with our guild last night, sadly couldn't do more as we started rather late. Brackenspore was an interesting fight indeed!

Also, recruiting on Draenor Horde. /w anyone from Ez guild if interested :) Originally an SWG guild on Euro-Chimaera and a very successful vanilla raiding guild.

Prima facie, that seems nuts! But if it works for you guys, then more power to you. Just remember to go outside and interact with humans at some point ;)
 
As on the subject of addons. I run the following:

ElvUI
ElvUI Enchanced (I think it still works)
Postal
Skada

Don't need anything like junk selling addons now, because of the QoL change to sell junk directly from bags. Also, ElvUI just sells it for me if I go to a vendor.

This is incredibly stripped down from what I used to run. Noticing a decent difference. Still gearing up my DK sadly, so I wasn't able to raid with my guild last night.

Good grief I have no idea how anybody has the free time to dedicate to these sorts of hours. Your expectations are truly nuts. You guys should probably spend more time in the real world. It might help your "shy" chap loads!
 
Yeah those attendance and raid times are insane but there's no reason for all the stupid comments, it's up to them how they raid, if you can't handle that then fine but all your comments are retarded.
 
I played in a world top 10 guild with a fraction of those requirements...100% attendance required, even if not signed on for the raid?

Somewhat ridiculous, but hey - Up to them. Sounds like a good way to burn out your roster if you ask me!
