I'd agree with this. I've been feral since Cata and I find it a real grind to maintain a decent DPS level against anything that isn't a boss. I've been off and checked repeatedly on my rotation even though I was great in MoP.

It just seems the reliance on bleed damage and lack of crit means we suck hard with lower gear. I've done the whole rake on every target rotation and afk melee as out of energy part.

As a result I've swapped to Resto with specialization set to Feral and I'm raiding Highmaul for better gear.

Personally, I like the Garrisons and think they fit this particular theme and if we need to visit new worlds etc... I think it should be a prevailing theme again.

Id imagine it will make a return as it seems to have been accepted rather well by the community. My only gripe is being stuck with Orc building type, Id rather have a tauren/goblin/UD building type.

I don't think it helps that ilvl and dps stats are widely available but then some get kicked purely because they have a bad attitude.

there used to be a mod for feral druid back in the lich king days that told you rotation prompts but I can't remember what it was called.

there's one called spellflash for all classes but it seems pretty crap for warlock and doesn't tell you to refresh dots fast enough

Just did LFR highmaul what crap...
no challenge at all might as well be a timed dps race on a target dummy... heroic 5 mans are harder and have worse loot

I'm sorry, but do you really expect LFR to be a challenge? You have 3 other raid tiers to find your challenge...

LFR is like that for a reason, no comms, pretty much anyone can join. It's no surprise it's easier.

Exactly. I don't understand why people complain about the difficulty of it, especially now we have Normal, HC and Mythic. No one is making you run LFR.

For people asking about where their dps should be personally i like to use World of Logs to check the parses for some of the top guilds to see how guys are performing.

The think i love about it is you can see more or less rotations, dot uptime etc it has tons of detail to go through.

Also was running stellar flare on my boomie when i noticed most of the guys running Euphoria so will have to have a look at that

heres my logs from lfr highmaul

kargath didn't get logged for some reason, bare in mind my gear is likely better than all these guys as I have perfect secondary stats on almost all my items..
btw don't waste bonus loot rolls in LFR.. I looted a bracer did the bonus roll got same stupid bracer...

maybe unlucky or maybe the loot tables in LFR are just crap

Wow LFR is embarrassing, i know its tourist mode but hell it should at least be more difficult than 5mans.

i really need to find some proper raiding this expansion or ill never stick it out

for me ? did i state im a mythic raider? no was simply saying how stupidly easy LFR is, hence my stating that i will need to find a proper raiding guild as LFR will just drive me nuts

It was a genuine question, I didn't know what level you were at.

Shouldn't be that difficult finding a guild, the one I'm in is about as casual as it gets and they've managed heroic.

aye sorry didnt mean to sound offensive im just salty after the lfr lol, im hoping the guild im in atm will get some organised otherwise ill have to find a new home which is a shame as they are a nice bunch.

I'm really not sure why blizzard decided to make LFR even easier than it was in MOP. In cata it was the same faceroll and was boring due to it, but in mop atleast you still had to vaguely do some sort of tactic, which everyone managed quite well. This is just literally dive in, don't even try and avoid stuff and still no one dies. Takes like 10 minutes to bash through the first part of it as well lol. Sad to see that even "casual" play has got to that point and as someone rightly pointed out, 5 man heroics are far harder.

LFR is tuned to 615 ilvl, so wouldn't expect much anyway.

It was terrible then too. I really enjoyed feral in wrath, it required good play to shine and you were punished for errors badly!
It seems the bleeds do very little at the moment and ferocious bite being nuts. Im hoping they buff bleeds and tone back bite really. Energy regen could be looked at too and the aoe is pretty dire

But atleast its not moonkin, cant stand that spec!

Only been subbed a month and think I'm going to have to cancel. I've got a new baby and thought I'd be able to dip in and out casually, with the odd raid or dungeon on a quiet night. Unfortunately the babby is a handful so the most I'm doing is getting my garrison missions done and my character is becalmed at 97.

Bit of a bummer but can't let a game get in the way of supporting my family. On the bright side, Diablo 3 is due a big patch soon and that's a game you can definitely play in snippets and you never need to let anyone down by bailing without notice.
