***World of Warcraft : Warlords of Draenor***

you know what im not a big fan of the twitter integration either but it just occured to me that it could actually be a really cool way to make a WOW timeline/scrapbook of your time in the game.

Killing those progression bosses, upload some pics, getting that alt to 100 upload the final ding, taking pepe on a tour, :)

All you do is make a twitter account specifically for wow, make it private and just use it as a way to record your time in game with some nice screenshots.

In my wow folder i have a few hundred screenshots, looking back now it would have been awesome to have those uploaded to one place with date stamps and little flavour text, our first LK heroic kill, getting our first shadowmourne etc.

Personally im a fan of the idea, altho was very skeptical at the start, the simple truth is new features are completely optional. Dont like them dont use them, your experience is no worse by their addition to the game

This ^^

It's all I'll ever use it for, link it to facebook maybe so I dont have to tab out to post progress :P

#efficient!

I can remember the other mmo I played with social media interaction like that? I think it may have been Rift. It's a great idea but a word of warning, if you have it setup have it private or something, you don't want to take a "sick" day to play your fave mmo and have it posting to Facebook and Twitter especially if you forgot your employers/employees are friends of yours on social media and you happened to tell them all you was "barely able to get out of bed, I'm going to sleep all day" :)

I can do without the social media thing to be honest, if i want to tweet something I do not need wows help, but sure whatever if its not taking time away from important stuff at a development level.

Depends who your gonna play with also, if you have some friends that play ask them what class/spec will fit into their group best. The classes are pretty well balanced, for DPS, mages always seem to have at least one spec thats near the top of the meters, and one thats good for PVP. I would suggest them if you wanna flat out nuke stuff with spells, if you wanna have some utility and get faster dungeon queues i would suggest a class that can tank/heal as well as DPS like paladin/druid/monk. Druids have the most options available to them as theyre the only class that can choose ranged DPS, melee DPS, tank and heal.

Choosing an OP class in wow is never a good idea, as they get buffed and nurfed a lot, so right after you ding lvl 100, you might find it been nurfed to the ground.

OK, well that's a little clearer, thanks guys.

In DAoC, the Classes are very distinct. I prefer to either play full melee (so a Charge tank like a Merc, Zerk or BM) or healing support (Cleric, Druid or Healer).

In DAoC, which race you choose matters, because of their stats (Strength, Dexterity and so on) - is that the same in WoW? If so, which of the races are the best choice for those Classes mentioned?

Also, I'll probably buy two accounts and run both at once, so what would be a good duo for levelling up?

Resubbed and got the new expansion yesterday.

Going to go Horde for the first time, starting level 1. I am thinking Forsaken Warlock. Ive never gotten past level 55 though, so maybe this time I will make it to end game :D
