***World of Warcraft : Warlords of Draenor***

Is there a quick way to level my Enchanting (currently at 496)? Or do I need to go and buy the 'old' shards and dusts and do it the old way? The character is level 90, if that helps.

I'm pretty sure you'll get a drop off a mob that will get you the 600 skill level, if not as soon as you get a Garrison it'll give you things to skill up just using Draenor mats.
(Build Enchanters study, it's the 2nd building you'll put in there)

Rejoined after 3 years out to play with some old guildies, I had quite a bit of fun but I'm not that excited about legion. I'm also really annoyed at the lack of new content, The dry spell before a new expansion has been a persistent problem blizzard seem unwilling to do anything about.

Best way to get new enchanting/tailoring recipes? I've got the ones from the garrison buildings, but seems to be a very limited number! Trainers aren't offering me anything new either.

Don't you get them from crafting existing recipes? Not sure.

Also I didn't know you played WoW, been a while since I saw you on Destiny! What's your battletag?

Thank you, buddy. :)

So once you have all the secrets ones...
In 6.1, several new recipes are acquired through a randomly-spawning vendor in your Level 3 Town Hall: Enchantress Ismae and Rath'thul Moonvale. These recipes are not sold by your usual Garrison and Ashran recipe vendors.

There's no escape from tehbluebear! Erm, Makhaira#2486 .Burnt out a bit on Destiny so switched games. I'll be back though! Wish they'd scale up the old raids so there was more variety than just one raid to run!

I just can't get past how old the game looks or how badly it runs. :(

I used to really enjoy the game and keep going back to it for a few days then stopping again.

Will garrisons still be in Legion or will they be scrapped?

Scrapped in their current form but there is still a mission table in Legion.

To be fair, WoW benefits far more from a decent CPU, lots of RAM and most importantly, a good connection to the server.

I would have thought it would be a prime contender for the DirectX12/Vulkan treatment given where the bottlenecks lie.

Er, everything on Ultra, getting 140FPS @ 1440p (monitor supports it)
Sometimes down to 80...

Addons and CPU make the biggest difference.

They said how old it looks not how the game is optimised, it does look old because it is over 10 years old and that is old for a game that has incremental changes every other expansion.

OK - Not really the place for bickering...

I don't think it's that shiny.
In fact it looks dated.

One of the questions was over performance.
I answered that.
You didn't read his sentence?
I highlighted the bit of his question that I replied to.
You still seem to have an issue?

/shrug

it certainly does look dated and when new expansions are released and Blizzard try to push that dated graphics and players question why they have low fps when using a PC that's no more than a few years old it does raise questions when you need to keep buying new cpus to keep up with it.

But wow is optimised so well ;)

I don't think I ever said it was optimised well?
It does run very well on current PC and was always fine on any PC I had which was good for gaming with other games. (Even a 5 year old PC!)

Maybe I had lower standards or better PC's than some - Either way, still a great game, I've not found any game as good as raiding in WoW :)
