Got some tickets through this morning, not left any time to plan anything! Managed to get some people for Sat but if anyone wants tickets to Sunday I should have 2-3 available.

Went really early in the morning, got there for 9 and watched the good bits, went home at about 12 when the tunnel to get to the middle bit was jammed at all ends, no thank you!

Was a nice day out, the missus enjoyed it too, the Renault girls at the merchandise shop were tasty as were the PC Tools girls :D

Tunnel to get to the middle bit? They weren't still forcing people under the tunnel to then go back around and over the bridge into the centre were they? Thats been a bottle-neck for years.

Copse tunnel is where most people headed to get Infield, although you could use any of the bridges just as easily. Didn't use Copse tunnel myself all weekend and went infield etc. For the pitwalk, the entrance was by the inspection compound (which is Infield of Copse), as they used the National Straight/Pits rather than International, which did mean that they ended up with long queues.

Brilliant weekend, camping with a few others made it brilliant fun, got a good thousand or so pics of the cars on track.

M40 South on the way home though...that was poor, so much traffic. :(

I did the pitwalk last year and it was a total bunfight and as it wasn't in the new wing this year didn't bother with it.

Sat in the Luffield grandstand for most of the day which isn't a bad place to watch tbh, seemed more grandstands open this year than usual not sure if there was or not.

Was quite cool to walk down the old bridge part of the racetrack which they've converted into a spectator walkway as well.
