I applied for 4 and it then errored on a latter page. I applied again and it said I already have, so hopefully it did go through fully.

Isn't it usually full of chavs who somewhat put a slur on the day though?

Only if you pay attention to the chavs.

Last time I went in 2009 and it was a brilliant weekend, aided by the fact I was with a bunch of decent OcUKers.

I suspect lots of us will go again and camp etc.

Not usually at all, it was Sept last year, was July in 2009.

as for chavs, yet its full of them you have to just hold your breath and ignore them.

Have you actually been, or are you making this up?

I have been almost every year since it has been at Silverstone, and its great. Before they got the MotoGP this was the second biggest event Silverstone had behind the F1. And no, its not full of chavs, I find it more filled with family groups as its a free way of experiencing motorsport. Its always been a great day out for me. The only issue I have is you have to be 30 or older to test drive any of the RS models, which I think it them kind of missing their target audience...

I stayed in a Travelodge near Milton Keynes for the F1. It was the closest one (about 25 miles) that didn't want stupid money.

yea ive found a few around 10 miles away for £55 ish a night.

dont mind traveling 20 mins or so to the track.

Ah I didn't go in 2009, went in 2008 and I believe that was September too.

Got it working now, but it won't let me enter my car, as apparently no cars were around before 2001, oh well i'll put it was registered in december 2011
