I may be missing something here, but how does (15 / 30) * £4.99 = £4.19?

15 / 30 = 0.5
0.5 * 499 = 249.5

= £2.50

Microsoft fail at maths?

I work it out as as £2.50 refund for the 15 days.

That method only lets you cancle IF you have a code to enter. I do not want to add any code just yet, as i dont play XBL latley. I just wish to cancle and be done with it!

Mine came within about 4 hours. Some people say about 8. I reckon he just does em when he gets in from work.

Have you checked you junk email folder?

you get a message from M$. Mine resubbed automatically 1 week ago but i got the message saying i had 1 month left. Wish i knew about this. Could have saved myself £15

If anyone's interested I used this guy to resubscribe a couple of days ago. Bought it about 4 pm on Friday and it was in my mailbox by 7 pm. All worked fine with no issues.

Microsoft will ban your gamertag and not give you it back. Happened to me when I bought from him. Apparently someone had bought the code I was given in a shop and was able to scan the card so Microsoft killed the account I was using the with same code. Jasper couldn't send me a scan so I had no argument. He did give me a full refund, however.

This didn't happen immediately, maybe a week or two into my subscription.

I'd buy from a reputable shop where you physically have the card if you value your gamertag.
