Yeah but the last thing someone selling a product wants to say is basically buy something else.
he would have been better steering the conversation. Perhaps pointing out that the structure works, and that if an area is lacking an internet connection, then its something to take up with councils.
If a person is refusing to have an internet connection, argue that it's that persons fault he's being left behind, and perhaps try and persuade people to go online.

Surely if a company has faith in a product, it could in itself be used as a persuasion device.
