Well, if that is actually the case (I'm going to do some research) then maybe the Xbox will be the catalyst. I'm all for cloud computing, I'd love to be able to play more games than League of Legends on my laptop.

There's nothing stopping the current consoles using cloud processing, other than the fact nobody has got it to work.

I will get whichever one is the truest gaming machine. It doesn't look like that will be the Xbox. I'm not interested in TV services, I get what I need from Sky in that regard.

Good point, thank god 360 and PS3 can't do any av media stuff and are just pure game playing machines... oh wait... Poor effort, 3/10 for trolling please try harder.

For some games, almost certainly. But I'm sure some will also choose to go with improved visuals and a lower framerate, which is fine.
 
Woke up and still so disappointed.

Whats worse is, i'm being forced to have and use Kinect, but in my set up theres only one place for Kinect, (Sorry 2; one of them is the bin) which is above my tv, but due to the distance i'm sitting away from it, it won't work.

Lol...

Nobody is being FORCED to use anything. Even if the console won't power on without Kinect being plugged in (unlikely), just hide it down the back of the TV! You seriously think you won't be able to use the pad for navigation?

Hey, want to use the Xbox One as purely a games console? Guess what? You can! Mindblowing...

Kinect/Media integration will be much more prevalent in the new console, for sure, but it won't be a requirement to use it.

Only just checked out the xbox one this morning , and also wonder how the kinect will work in a small sized room with only certain places for the console to go, seen as its integrated.
 
Can you play pre owned games on the PS4 same way as on the PS3? I've always loved Xbox but the pre-owened issue and it being an 'all in one' entertainment sysmte is really putting me off. Thing is though games always seem to run better on the 360, cpmapring games like FIFA and Battlefield they look better on the 360 so I'm assuming the same for the One vs PS4

Also will the One's gamepad work on PC?
