I've got a Forza LCE online purchase to return to Game for a refund.

Do they need a print of the email invoice to give you the refund in store or can i just show them the email on my phone?

Not sure if this has been covered already, but can you change region to US (or any other region), buy a game, change back to UK, and play any games you've purchased regardless of region?

All the games on the US store are $60 which converts to about £37, so a nice little saving on the UK prices..

MS would be likely to ban you for circumventing regional digital pricing...

Same can be said for the PS4 too.

If anything, the ps4 launch titles are far worse than the xbox ones

Going by some comments on GAF, it sounds like it may be completely region free, but I'm not home just now so can't test it.

God... The fact that this console is completely region free is amazing. I just switched to English/US, bought ACIV for 44€ instead of 69€, switched back to German and it downloads the game. <3

That curries trick code has worked for my 360 game it seems, ordered BF4 and got an order confirmation and tracking number with RM and all.

Doubtful , I did it years ago on PSN to get the download games earlier , set up some virtual credit card IIRC

Have a look at the Oman thing where they did a ban sweep when people took up some free offers - that was only back in September...

Most were banned for:

The conduct that caused this ban may include, but is not limited to:

- Utilizing fraudulent methods in order to obtain region-specific marketplace content or circumvent regional pricing

- Illegitimate acquisition of redemption codes or marketplace content

- Repeated enforcement actions

Sony dont tend to be as strict - dno anyone thats been banned for doing the same on PSN

A massive oversight from MS if I'm honest and taken some of the shine off the whole thing. Threads on AVForums and GAF look like this is a about to explode.

Same problem here with the F1. The XO is now sharing an HDMI with the 360.

The only thing they will be able to do is have an option to switch to 50hz for full screen TV. Snap mode will still have to be 60 and we'll have a second's black screen. They really should have had a way to run the whole thing, games included at 50.
