  • Doom (1993) (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Doom II (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Doom 3 (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Doom 64 (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Doom Eternal (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (Console, PC)
  • The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (Console, PC)
  • The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • The Elder Scrolls Online (Cloud, Console)
  • The Evil Within (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Fallout 4 (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Fallout 76 (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Fallout: New Vegas (Console)
  • Prey (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Rage 2 (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Wolfenstein: The New Order (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Wolfenstein: The Old Blood (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Wolfenstein: Youngblood (Console, PC, Cloud)
Well, that's going to be some good gaming for a while! I'm very happy that the Wolfenstein's have made it back, and also the Fallout games. And that means that they'll be on Game Pass permanently. This is amazing!

I wonder why doom 2016 is missing.

Has anyone moved from a gaming pc and steam library to Xbox series X and have any comments they can share with me about the move?

I'm thinking of giving up on pc gaming and getting a series X if I can find one but will be using it at a desk with 1440p 144hz monitor and the thought of losing my steam library is a bit daunting even if I don't play 90% of the games in there!

Thanks
Once i could buy a decent ultra book that could play my steam library at reasonable standard i haven't upgrade my desktop and looking to get console, can play my steam library on my laptop when i want to albeit lower setting but it's mostly for my quake fix and indie games.

Despite the technical flaws I really enjoyed Morrowind on the Xbox. I had it on Pc too but sometimes I just preferred to play that. Never did play the expansions though.

It was also stated that games that aren't under existing deals with other platforms will be exclusive to devices that support Game Pass. So Deathloop and Ghostwire will be honoured as timed exclusives or whatever they are, but it's unlikely that new big titles like Starfield, Elder Scrolls 6 etc will be anywhere else other than on X|S, PC and xCloud. Pretty much what I was expecting already. They'd be crazy to spend all that money just to put the games onto every platform and not develop their own ecosystem.

Any games with existing userbases on other platforms will also continue to be supported on those. So Fallout 76, ESO etc. But I'd say that anything new in the Fallout universe that's not attached to 76 will be Game Pass exclusive as per the wording from Phil.

With these now being first party games, the newer ones stand a good chance of being recompiled with the GDK and getting proper X|S optimisations rather than just BC Enhanced.

FPS boost is every game?

Not yet it isn’t. They are releasing a few at a time.

Just noticed the Bethesda games have popped up on game pass. Will start with Wolfenstein Old Blood which I haven’t played. Downloading Dishonoured that I will also try to get into again. Then Skyrim special edition and New Vegas. Are any of these 60fps yet? Great being able to control downloads remotely.

Rumour has it a few of these will be enhanced next week.

Fallout 4 was running at 60fps in the Digital Foundry FPS Boost video a few weeks back, and they noted that it wasn't in the first batch of games, so I reckon they were purposefully holding back the Bethesda titles even though most of them are ready. Damn but Fallout 4, Skyrim and Wolfenstein at 60fps will be amazing! I know Skyrim has a 60fps mod but I think it disables achievements if you use it so that's not good! I guess I'll be playing through Skyrim yet again. I've only just had a go before Christmas on my Nintendo Switch but heck, it's such an amazing game that I'll play it again and again!

Thanks for sharing, I made the jump, my gaming PC is gone and I now have a Series X and I'm loving it.

I do want to access my Steam library for RTS games but still trying to decide the best way to do it. I was considering a mini pc or a laptop but I don't want to spend to much, it's main use will be internet browsing I might not even end up gaming on it but would be nice to have the option
