Cracking game! They had a guy sent off late in the game, and early on in the game I picked up two semi-serious injuries

[edit]Why on earth would you pay 7 million for a 17 year old with a skill of 4???

If he doesn't improve you bought a complete turkey, if he does he'll have taken up a squad place for 3 seasons before he's worth a place :/

I note that Salford FC had no subs and got a tonking. Is the account being played?

More possession for Clippers and way more shots I guess has something to do with it? I have no idea why it says I was not prepared because trust me I was (that's another part of the game I dont understand!)
Plus judging by your squad and players compared with Clippers on paper we easily deserved the win.
Who knows??

Squad cried off scared of being humiliated. They were right to. Not planning on being beaten this season guys, so may as well rest your stars when it comes to facing me as the result will be inevitable

dominated first half and only scored 1 out of 5 or so shots and they score wth their only one and nick a winner late on in the second.

ah, well I'm assuming that winning the game is not purely based on tactics alone then, whether or not you are best prepared.
It's a strange game for sure - another point, their goalie who we knocked 4 past got into the Xpert11, so figure that one out?

I've given up trying to figure stuff like that out. It makes less sense than car insurance quotes.

Both forwards, midfielder, captain and manager of the week for me is nice though

If you go and look at the actual teams they both played via the last lineup option when looking at their squads you'll see that Ascension arent in any sort of form. They had one player who played better than his rating, a few who played the same but most were well below par, hence the reason he lost. Tactics only go so far in results, if your team isn't in any sort of form you wont win diddly squat. Get training!
