I thought i'd got away without paying any customs at all as it cleared East Midlands airport customs no problem, then it was held at the Leeds depot awaiting payment :mad:

... but thankfully I just had to pay 20% of the price on the package to get it released (not 20% of the actual price

). I paid online and picked it up after work last night. Job done!

At last my Crossover will be at Parcel Force depot tommorow after being stuck at customs for an age.

£30 to pay on collection and cant wait to get hold of it.

Dying to see how my crossfire Powercolor 7870's do.

I just phoned parcel force and they let me pay on the phone, the charges were £37 :/

Will be delivered on monday

In that case it is at your local depot. You can not pay parcel force until it is local "ready to deliver". Why not go & pick it up? That's what I did.

I would buy one if the bezel wasn't so big and glossy/cheap looking. I only like square clean matte dell bezels :/

Finaly set mine up and my god is it HUGE. So big in fact that I had to remove the monitor shelf that was previously on my desk so it would fit. Upgrading from a 19" piece o' **** samsung monitor (which will now become my secondary to replace my even bigger piece o' **** 15" monitor) this thing is ridiculous. No dead pixels that I can see, a rapid delivery from samsung_korea (4 days), no customs to pay (that I'm aware of so far) and all in all a good show. The stand definitely is cheap as hell as people have said, but it does the job, my monitor is still standing, for now

I took a couple of snaps on my camera phone, obviously the quality doesn't do it anywhere near justice as to the image you see on the screen. In fact these pictures are so poor I don't even know why I bothered taking them. But anyway for your enjoyment:

Total annihilation at 2560x1440 (I could almost see the entire map XD)

A size comparison, on the left we have el chump 15" travesty, on the right we have 19" moderately sized scum bag, and centre is 27" badman supreme.

And there we have it, time for some bf3

You may post images providing they are hosted by a well known image hosting website, such as imageshack, photobucket etc.. It probably looks cheap because it is cheap. If you're prepared to pay another £200 for the same panel but some extra plastic and a different stand then that's your prerogative.

What one earth do you want for less than half the price of a Dell 27" 2560x1440

Although I have just seen a Dell refurbished with 1 year warranty and no dead pixels for £399 inc delivery from the well know auction site which is tempting!

Thought I'd jump on this rather massive and growing band wagon....

I went for a Achieva Shimian as it looks the best by a million miles, is cheapest, and there is little chance of getting a 100+hz capable catleap now.

I would but I'm visiting my gf till sunday, I'm over 100 miles away from the depot! I don't mind waiting till Monday.

tbh i thinks its more than the surround and the stand and the connectors and and tbh but hell yer each to there own

Don't you only look at all that stuff when it's switched off? It's all about the image for me, and all reports say it's fantastic, and excellent value, hence it's popularity.
