awesome experience with yodel :D

4x 7l bags of cat litter from wilkos because im sick of going to pick it up all the time :D (no im not a cat freak 4 bags will last over a month)

£3.50 for 48 hour delivery and they weigh a crapton aswell :D should have saw the guy struggling down my garden path with the huge ass box wilko put them in LOL :D

I wouldn't. I never got a reply when they utterly failed to deliver an item and I used their "don't bother contacting us 'cos we don't care" form :)

Everyone needs to order cat litter to punish them for being bone-idle *****.
 
Had bad experience with these clowns! Miss's ordered a phone on Monday for delivery Wednesday. On Wednesday they say they tried to deliver at work but nobody was there at 10:00 am (about 80 people there at that time) same again Thur and Fri.

On Sat i rang up complaining i got put through to the driver, he said "yea i have just been there today and the last 2 days, you guys don't answer the door, ive left my card" Blatant lie as no cards left, asked him to meet me at work in ten min as i only live ten min from work. His reply "I cant I'm off out with my mates, you can come to my flat and collect before i go out if you want?"

Miss's really wanted phone so ended up driving 20 miles to his flat, he had the phone and said "why didn't you have it sent home instead of work?" Because the time you was supposed to deliver i was in work? Idiot!

No apology no nothing...
 
Eugh I have an item supposedly arriving today vida yodel. Bought it off ebay didn't know it would be yodel :( Apparently was on van out for delivery at 7.30am this morning but no sign yet. Apparently the yodel guy for here at work is decent though,, I'm not hopeful.

EDIT: Literally press post on this reply, door goes, and its the parcel. Touche Yodel, Touche.

Yodel are CRAP

Yodel have to be the worst delivery company EVER.

ordered an item online paid £8.00 to have next day delivery.

Ordered at 15:30,

Item posted 16:30

Today comes nothing (yodel normally deliver early morning).

Give them a ring "Er i'm not sure where it is at the moment I "think its in transit to your local hub"

So I wont get it today

"let me be honest no it "might" arrive tomorrow.

So now its not going to arrive tomorrow is it.

more than likely will be next week.

I ordered it next day as I can't have any more time off work and my wife is going into hospital next week for an operation so no 1 will be at home.

Current status: At service centre

Your parcel is currently expected to be delivered by: Friday, 16th November 2012

If you are out we will leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in a dry, safe place out of public view.

OCUK do next day Friday night 5pm for saturday morning without problems though both DPD and City link (back in the city link days) so can't see why it is a problem for Yodel.

Yodel are shockers usually.

yeh its 5pm on most places.

never had a problem with OCUK and DPD always brilliant services even the txt message about what time it will arrive and get on with the delivery guy as well.
 
the other thing is they don't actualy know where my item is.

its gone in the same hub 4 times he said and isn't sure where it is atm.

It "might" be on its way to Lichfield hub it "might" not
 
Request a refund on the delivery, I'd personally try to steer clear of any websites who use Yodel and other crap delivery networks like them.
