Your favourite supplements

I could do with some fish oils as that is one thing I do not get enough of, what would people recommend for a bit of energy before my training session?
 
a decent pre workout meal!!
say omlette and beans with some toast about 90 mins before. then a banana not long before the workout.

some good quick release and slow release carbs with some protein :D
 
Lol are you serious Morba the smell of **** durring a workout may kill motivation tbh, banana sounds good though.

It makes for interesting looks when you are doing anything that requires you to squat or bend over :D

also farting while sitting back up from benching means you have to stand and walk away quickly hehe

I started taking these about 5 weeks ago...regular..and for some reason I feel beter. I am sure that I have lost body fat and am noticing more of a change than normal without doing much cardio work. Hmm..maybe just coincidence:confused:

The only pre-workout supplement Id take is a small cup of black coffe...no milk, no sugar...with 2 heaped spoons of coffee.....works wonders!

Apart from that I only use Bulk supply of whey from MP......and using creatin mono just now for the last week in the hope that it will help repair a shoulder injury. But in general I stopped taking it a few months back as it was just making me feel big and bloated. I didnt notice any strength difference when I stopped...and felt beter when working out.

Simply Supplements are terrible for delivery, I typically have to wait 1 week+ to get anything from them.

That is the only downside with them you do have to wait a while but it just means I make sure I order before I run out
 
I wonder if any of you guys take any glucosamine (along with some super omega 3 from MP)? I bought some in the hope it would help my joints a little more when running (sprinting). Advised 1000mg a day, do you guys take this? and have you seen any difference?

Yep, I ordered week before last and I'm still waiting. I got a response today after asking about delivery, and they reckon it will be another week yet :( No bloody good claiming that things get despatched same day if the courier carrying the stuff has to physically swim across the Channel.

At least MP typically deliver within 48 hours
