YouTube Premium

Paid earlier this week, £2.81 family plan from Ukraine. Expecting another £1.70 from memberships in the next couple days.

Also what is with the rookie numbers above?

Is there a way to get Ublock Origin stat to show how many video adverts it's blocked on youtube?

£0.0 no plan.

In about 1000 videos one might try to play an advert and I just refresh the page as soon as it does :D and its gone :D

Guess it doesn't work if your watching youtube on mobile though

Ublock Origin works fine on Android with Firefox. If you're watching on TV you could get one of those cheap N100 mini PC's for less than £100, in the long run it'd work out much cheaper than paying for premium in the UK.

you mean for pihole?

I use a cloud service which costs me £1 a month.....maybe that would also work

late to the party with this but have been considering a subscription.. the price in UK bothers me.. how are people signing up for lower prices? vpn?

Just VPN and pick a country, and it seems a lottery whether it works. Not all VPN works with everyone either. Like one year I got NordVPN to work, then it doesn't. You just have to try different VPN with different country.

Starts with...India, Turkey, Argentina, Ukraine and if they don't work then think of any other country where Premium is available but that country isn't in the G7...something around the G20 or below size is the best way I can put it.

I already have a YT Music premium subscription but I'm looking at changing to a general YT premium family plan to include my kids etc, but £20 is ridiculous. I can get video only versions of Prime, Netflix and Disney+ for that much and I know which I'd prefer!

If I already have an account, is there any way I can use a VPN to upgrade to a family plan or do I need to cancel, wait a period of time and then start again?
