how do you specifically get a chip with R steeping? I thought it was more about luck?

This one that is priming well is A stepping, tbh not bought my chips from ocuk, but the ones ive been using in builds have been wicked, most of the "current" oem chips are 1.265VID or less, we have been shifting a lot of computers recently so we having to order a lot of chips in, thus getting new batchies and stepping, ie latest being the R stepping, ive seen about 10 chips now at ocuk with R stepping all have been 1.25VID or less.

Ps, this chip is still priming as we speak, 4 hours now so its looking good, 46-48oC load temps aswell

What should I except for a B3 under water? Running at 3.2 at the moment but just not gone any higher as its idling at 50c under a TT120 !
