A classic 3 day split is:
chest & bis
legs & tris
back & shoulders
Within those there are dozens of exercises you can do, you just have to commit to one and give it a go for a good 6 weeks to give it a fair shot, mixing up the exercises. Then try a different training style, your body adapts to the exercises, which is why you need to mix it up to keep it guessing.
