Probably due to me being surrounded by a bunch of tall skyscrapers:p...signal isnt that great here with it bouncing like a beach ball...surprised im getting the H symbol...

Going to try and run it again when i get home later.
 
Anyhow getting back to the phone itself...absolutely loving mine other than the shoddy battery life...will have to play around with some settings to get it to last a bit longer...also the phone gets pretty hot if your using it heavily ie web browsing and just playing the game imobsters for a few mins:eek:.

But otherwise i wouldnt change this phone for the world...simply awesome and so damn fast...even my boss whos an iphag is now asking me where to get one as his 3GS crawls compared to the Desire:p:D.

Just remembered, i downloaded the handcent sms app but cant seem to get it working ie messages still come into the app but also the messages folder...anyone know how i can get it to just use the handcent app??...at the moment i get 2 notifications.

Turn off notifications in the default app.
 
Loving mine so far.

Just a couple of quick things.

Do you have to use the hardware back button for navigating or is there another way?

Also, is there a way of testing the LED in the trackpad as mine doesn't seem to light up for notifications?
