Managed to get it sorted, had to contact DGM and sort out my warranty details, then got picked up for repair. Expecting it back soon, so not too bad![]()
Just gave them a ring, they said it has been completed, I think they forgot to contact me.
I'm going to pick it up as i live sooooo close!
I bought one of these DGM monitors from OcUK 22 months ago. It has been trouble free until a few days ago when the screen started to go black with some yellow vertical lines going across it.
Sorry But I haven't read all 168 pages of this thread.
Is this a common problem? Am I SOL as far as getting fixed under warranty? Is it still even in warranty almost 2 years later?
just wondering, do you require a receipt for a repair from them? Mine has got the yellow lines problem now too and I got mine off ocuk 2 years ago. I still have the purchase in my shopping history in ocuk but can't seem to find the receipt, I definitely would have kept it but just can't find it, do you reckon they'd be alright without a receipt?

I bought my monitor from a local shop and had lost the receipt. Wasn't hard to create a 'new' invoice myself. Worked a treat![]()
