BARGAIN - OcUK 24" with DVI (*VA Panel) for £179.99+VAT (This Week Only Deal!!)

Managed to get it sorted, had to contact DGM and sort out my warranty details, then got picked up for repair. Expecting it back soon, so not too bad :)

So am I right in thinking that you haven't actually got a working monitor? If so, it is far from sorted. The other users aren't really having problems getting the monitor to DGM...the problem is that once DGM have your broken monitor, they are finding excuses not fix it and send back a working monitor to the customer.

anyone know the max refresh rate this monitor supports?

*EDIT*
Just checked the DGM website, it supports 56-75 hz vertical, and 30-89 hz horizontal.
How come windows only lets me set it to 60hz???

I bought one of these DGM monitors from OcUK 22 months ago. It has been trouble free until a few days ago when the screen started to go black with some yellow vertical lines going across it.

Sorry But I haven't read all 168 pages of this thread.

Is this a common problem? Am I SOL as far as getting fixed under warranty? Is it still even in warranty almost 2 years later?

It should be under warranty for 3 years. Contact DGM and arrange a repair.

Yeah it's common, i just got mine repaired, took 2 weeks, a little longer than stated but im happy with results, apart from i sent the monitor back in original box, but they sent it back in a different box :P

just wondering, do you require a receipt for a repair from them? Mine has got the yellow lines problem now too and I got mine off ocuk 2 years ago. I still have the purchase in my shopping history in ocuk but can't seem to find the receipt, I definitely would have kept it but just can't find it, do you reckon they'd be alright without a receipt?

You will need proof of purchase. Just e-mail OcUK with the info you have and they should be able to e-mail you a PDF version.

I bought my monitor from a local shop and had lost the receipt. Wasn't hard to create a 'new' invoice myself. Worked a treat :)
