Managed to get it sorted, had to contact DGM and sort out my warranty details, then got picked up for repair. Expecting it back soon, so not too bad
Just gave them a ring, they said it has been completed, I think they forgot to contact me.
I'm going to pick it up as i live sooooo close!
I bought one of these DGM monitors from OcUK 22 months ago. It has been trouble free until a few days ago when the screen started to go black with some yellow vertical lines going across it.
Sorry But I haven't read all 168 pages of this thread.
Is this a common problem? Am I SOL as far as getting fixed under warranty? Is it still even in warranty almost 2 years later?
just wondering, do you require a receipt for a repair from them? Mine has got the yellow lines problem now too and I got mine off ocuk 2 years ago. I still have the purchase in my shopping history in ocuk but can't seem to find the receipt, I definitely would have kept it but just can't find it, do you reckon they'd be alright without a receipt?

I bought my monitor from a local shop and had lost the receipt. Wasn't hard to create a 'new' invoice myself. Worked a treat
