What iPhone 4 accessories are you considering?

As soon as you put the bumper on, the phone loses most of its premium feel and feels like something you would get free with a happy meal :( :p
Of course it doesnt, dont be so silly. The bumper style cases do add a lot of function a normal case would and look far better/integrated then a lot of the cases Ive seen for the i4...

I agree its not worth the money Apple were charging but it looks so much better than stuff Ive seen that cost many times more (including that aircraft-grade alu bumper people were fawning after)

So far, unlike the brittle plastic back of the 3G/3GS, Ive found little reason to cover the back of the i4 so anything other than a bumper isnt required - and I rather put a bumpered i4 on a pub table than an umbumpered one...

It's not silly, I just dont like them.

I agree I'd rather have it on than not were I using it at the pub for example though, which is why I want a proper case to put it in instead ;)

Yes, Ive always found flip cases make a phone look/feel a lot more premium. But that might be because they end up being 3 times as thick :p.

Get a decent pouch IMO

Id go to the Apple store and look at the brands they stock and check out their websites for iPhone accessories if you looking for something half decent rather than going to places like mobilefun etc...

I did just type in 'iPhone flip cases' and got Sena or Vaja (assumed you are after something Leather?!?) as the first hits who I know do good stuff and its not that expensive - just need to find a stockist...

P.S. I use a Primark cotton glasses bag for my phone :p - just wanted something that the Bumper didnt stick to and stopped dust and crap in my pockets from being transferred to the phone...

Yeah, I just need to find one... :(

As above, pro-tec case from T-mobile - £9.99 and it's actually real leather, not cheap nasty stuff. It has a nice tab at the top as well which, when pulled, pulls the iPhone out. It's very nice, along with its magnetic clip :)

Not sure if your local T-mobile will stock them (got mine in Leamington Spa), but I'm sure you'll find one online - 'Pro-tec slip case'.

I just hope it doesn't become 'sticky' when the bumper is on! Wouldn't have thought it will, but I'll have to see.

I had a Sena flip case for my 3G. Gorgeous case and yes, made me feel very executive! :p

Cheers, that certainly looks worth a punt for a tenner!

Also, as Sirius mentioned, Sena do some decent looking ones here - http://www.senacases.com/apple/iphone-4-cases/

I shall have a browse!

Took ages. Iirc upon ordering you have two delivery choices if in the UK. Expensive (slower 3-4 weeks) delivery and no order tracking, or very expensive (quicker) delivery with order tracking. Obviously I went for the former.

Edit: iPhone Gelaskin was a piece of cake to fit, one word of warning though - don't get even the slightest bit of dirt/debris on the sticky backing or it will show through the front when you apply the skin to your device.

That's a shame as I really want to get my phone covered. I've already thought the sound quality from the earpiece was crap as I hadn't removed the wrapper when I made my first phone call :D

i saw someone post a pic of iphone4 in a case that had what looked like carbon back and black edging, wasnt bulky at all just like a 2nd skin, anyone know what it was called?

Pretty sure it was Spawn in the other iPhone4 thread - looking...

Decided to give my iphone4 a carbon fiber look:p...ordered a carbon fiber back and the carbon fiber bumper as well...came out to $23 with shipping...will see what its like when i get it...reason why i went with the carbon fiber back is because the original back protector i have on it is already peeling away :/

So for $10 its not that big a deal if its absolute rubbish:p

Website where i ordered is from here: http://www.carbonbumper.com/
?
