I used to use Israel Kamakawiwo'ole- Somewhere Over The Rainbow, this has just reminded me to set it up again.
Just got my desire back from repair center after a month! It's now on hboot 0.93, its not an lcd screen its an original desire. Does anyone have a link to downgrade so I can root it again? I've been out of the picture so a bit unsure !

Tempted to give the new Defrost a go, I'll be coming from Leedroid, only thing is most of my contacts were imported from my sim so if a contact has 3 numbers that's 3 entries, which means on the phone I have the 3 entries linked to create one entry + a link to facebook. How do I back all of this up so I don't have to relink?

I was using Defrost and I was very happy with it apart from the last two updates that have caused black screens, just the notification bar showing, and hard crashes that need the battery removing/Replacing to get the phone to work. So I've gone back to an official but rooted HTC ROM for now.
Two questions
1) Has anyone else tried Hotmail Active sync with HTC Sense becuase I can't get it to work.
2) Any recommendations for a good non Sense ROM?

I backed up my important apps with Titanium Backup, then just wiped and did a clean install - TB then automatically re-downloaded and installed my apps, settings complete
I don't know if it's the correct way but I just go into DeFrost in the apps menu and download and install the update.
Use alarm clock extreme - best alarm clock app I've come across

Stay away from 4.3 just now guys, there is a BSOD issue that crashes the phone when in standby and you have to pull battery to reboot
He has released a fix which i have just flashed but it doenst look promising as people reporting its still not fixed,
May go back to leedroid tonight

Erm, don't you work in the phone industry - so it would be a given that you can get hold of handsets easier
Had a classic iPhone4 vs Desire moment last night, was in Nandos with a couple of friends and the guy with the iPhone wanted to show a video off YouTube with it but it was really poor quality.
Used the stock YouTube application on the Desire, put HQ on and the difference was staggering
Not sure if the iPhone4 has an option to use HQ over mobile data, or if it only uses it when connected to WiFi.
Neither of my Nexus Ones were sourced through work or any contacts I have through work.
Oddly the only phone I currently own that I obtained in any way other than that of a normal member of Joe Public was the Desire which I obtained for the grand sum of £0.
