Started training again today, been doing swimming but not the weights.
Got a problem with my knee in which my patella shifts around a little and my kneecap is ultra wobbly understrain, I really really really ( cant stress this enough ) want to finally sort this out, its stopping me doing sports and I honestly have waited far to long for physio and surgery to come through.
I know i need to build fairly large quads in order to stabilise my knee, but in just leg raises alone i struggle to lift the bar fully straight with my right knee, Any help would be great.

Same here though. For some reason the whole exercise feels weird to me. I'm really weak at it and it does nothing for my chest. Dumbells are the way to go for me.
