What he means is certain melee weapons now have a special function when in V.A.T.S, for example the golf club has the "fore" option in V.A.T.S. Of course you can use melee in Fallout 3, it's my most used weapon class now, loving Jing Wei's Shock Sword, Fisto! and the Shish Kebab. :D
 
yeh, sorry didn't really explain myself properly. i get too excited when talking about this game :D the special melee attacks like the fore option and whatever else they've put in there. :p
 
Anyone know the cheapest place to get the collectors edition, can only find 2 shops doing it for £70 :\.
 
Im guessing the console version has leaked, couple of live streams of people playing the 360 version on justintv now.
 
Map looks cool. 6 days to go!

One thing though, on the 2nd picture it says exploration and collectibles. I hope that means ammo and such, not something like the steel ingots :(
 
I just hope the map isn't too similar to the wasteland in FO3. That got pretty boring after a while, especially having to walk for ages and seeing the same scenery.

Edit: Does anyone know if you get one of the free packs for pre-ordering with Shopto?
