Get to the gym and in time after hardwork you will get a good body which will massively improve your self confidence. And once you have confidence everything else just falls into place.

Those pics I took last night, boy am I glad I didn't post them. I look absolutely hideous!

I never really thought I was legitimately ugly, but the fact that I can't take a good photo of myself is suggesting I might have been being generous. I'm really a bit of a minger.

That might have a lot to do with my low self-esteem, too. I'm actually not pleasant to look at.

Some people just dont photograph well, but 90% of this is in your mind, post the picture mate, you gotta be a bit strong.

Ive already given the best piece of advice...

Go to a local nightlife hotspot..
Get a kebab WITH chips and wait in the cab queue like you have just left a club..
You will be knee deep in hungry clunge in no time..

If there is one peice of advice you should take from these replies it is the one that suggests you go to the gym, take a look in the bodybuilding thread, there is loads of advice there. After a few months of excersise/weight training I guarantee your confidence levels will skyrocket.

And the acceptance of the fact you will crash & burn, and you will make a **** of yourself, and you know what? It doesn't matter in the slightest

Gym, or even freeweights & some cardio at home - this helps incredibly & feeds your brain positive feeling chemicals.
Get your head right, self help books or such can give you a starter.
Find a wingman, preferably a talker who's either taken or worse looking than you, that way you get to pick

Talk to women, start by just saying 'Hi' and smiling in the supermarket, or making small talk with the lass behind the counter, they're not ogres or goddesses.
And that's a good point, work on your smile, so that whenever a lass catches your eye, you automatically give your best smile & hold eye contact.

And stop worrying, yes you're a freak - but so is everyone in one way or another, so it doesn't matter in the slightest. You're going to mess up, but you're also going to succeed, whatever happens, experience is what makes you who you are
