Amanda Knox and her Ex found guilty of the Murder of Medredith Kercher

When you listen to the evidence for and against read out as they did on the BBC News channel I am surprised it even got to court in the first place. The DNA wasn't even conclusive, none of Knox's DNA was at the murder scene (bedroom), the Knife didn't match the wounds on Meredith body and the Bra Clasp has DNA from all over the place on it.

The Italian Justice System didn't even recognise reasonable doubt until two years ago, they went on whether you were the most probable suspect....madness.

Anyway she and Raffaele are free now so either the other chap did it alone or we will never know who else was there.
 
Good, I don't know if she did it or not but the list of BS evidence in the trial was no where near enough to convict her, at all.

Likewise its ridiculous that the Italian PM is the most corrupt sex crazed maniac in the world(not that its a bad thing) yet the prosecution wanted to make her out to be some evil murderer because she was having sex with people.

Unfortunately, as always with these cases I can't stand the victims family, banging on about how she can't be released because they want justice for their daughter.

People who blindly want justice by punishing anyone, even if innocent, rather than wanting real police work done with real evidence and getting who really did it punished.
 
Did the judge really just sentence her to 3 years for slander? I assume thats time served and blows any chance of compensation out of the water?

The police potentially just let murderers go free. They screwed up the case so badly it was near impossible to be sure in the end. A guilty Knox would be thankful they were so incompetent.

Massive questions remain about a staged break in and very dodgy actions that night, and of course who did kill Kercher.

Haven't they covered themselves for that eventuality by claiming she has already served a large portion of a 3 year sentence for slander or whatever it is she's been found guilty of?
