Definitely no blotches on my s2,dad's s3 or uncle's s3 either.

Also just seen the blue s3 in p4u and am glad I waited as the blue looks a lot nicer than the white, it's the the way the brushed effect glistens under the glass.

£600 sim free there too!!

fair enough :) i saw them side by side too and oddly preferred the white as i thought it made the screen stand out more. cant wait to get it covered in oil and **** at work tho :(
 
Had my first real test of the battery today whilst cycling, running Map my Ride with GPS on, mobile internet on and music player. Bit of youtube before I set off too.

I'm guessing the gap there means the phone restarted? I did wonder why my music stopped playing... :p

Also a SS of my net speeds, the upload is 3X faster than my landline. ¬_¬

That is why I went for 3's £34 a month contract with the free handset :)

Unlimited data :D
 
Think I'll wait to see the specs of the iPhone 5 but as android os catches up with ios it becomes less about the os and more about the hardware and particularly the screen and as I said earlier there's very little chance of Apple giving us a a lovely 4.8" screen.

I don't want a 24 month contract either so I'll either buy the phone out right or take 12 month contract whichever gives best value :)

At this stage I'm 95% sure I'll go with the SGIII unless Apple play a blinder!!!

Nipped into CPW to have a play with one this afternoon. Salesman says they have been told to expect the blue ones on the 19th. He also said there are 2 blue demo models through the back, but didn't display them as the back panels are discoloured.
 
Oops 499 with official cases and screen protectors.

Yeah my pre order is with Play. I'm currently at Lakeside so typing while shopping, typos abound!

I tethered the demo s3 to my s2 which is on hsdpa here and the s3 loaded pages quicker than my s2 on the same connection, not by a whole load but enough to be noticeable.

Still waiting for BuyMobilePhones.net to send out my White S3, annoying to know that Phones4U had 5 in stock when I popped in, but couldn't even come close to matching the offer I had. Sigh...

Actually, just waiting for them to say anything on the subject, phone still down as expected on the 1st so no idea whether they didn't get a delivery or did but didn't have enough to fulfil my pre-order.
 
I dislike the brushed blue bit, might prefer it matt.

I was stood in the middle of a field sat night and getting 9meg on three...
