---2012 Nexus Phone facts/rumours/info thread---

Nobody has yet said they don't want to have the TW theme because it's cool not to though.

The reason people flash JB Domination theme is because no other theme beats a stock JB look and feel and the phone just looks a lot more professional not having the ancient icons and colours that Samsung seem to like re-using every Android version.

Touchwiz is very nice, however, the colour scheme/UI i.e. icons, settings menu and their apps are awful looking IMO. But the features like smart stay, smart status bar etc. are good.

As mrk said, root and flash the JB/ICS theme, it is no longer a problem.

Doesn't just apply to touchwiz but also sense etc. (although nowhere as bad for the above IMO and does look very professional with a nice unified feel across the apps).

The only good thing about stock android IMO is no bloatware, ICS/JB theme throughout, less likely to have problems etc. out of the box, but when you compare the apps like dialer, SMS, calendar etc. they are nowhere as feature rich as touchwiz/sense modified apps especially the camera, calendar and gallery apps.

The only thing I would want to do with regards to sense on my S, is have a ICS/JB theme throughout as well.

Will look into JB Domination on XDA sounds interesting.

May I ask what ROM you're using mrk?

I'm running Wanamlite 3.7 with JB Domination theme and 15toggles flashed.

I did a similar video for the Desire and S2 but not yet for the S3 so here it is :)

^^ Nice mrk. What else goes on in that dark room ¬_¬

would you guys be happy if this were final?

I like the back but not the front. The effect on the back is neat and modern.

Going by those photos, half and half :p

Don't like the back at all, however, it looks like the sort of finish, which could look much better in person :p

Quite like the front, however, way too much bezel at the top and bottom for my liking.

Overall I like the shape though.

If the 48 sample photos taken by the device are to be believed, then the camera sensor in this isn't all that good. Frustrating considering the Galaxy Nexus sensor is probably the biggest let down on the Galaxy Nexus.
