Im getting it all in for the same price so i may aswell go 7970, ill see how much hell drop the price for a 7950.
Anyways rusty ive been looking at them cases, both seem nice and the HAF actually looks ok too what do you think?
Im sure i wouldnt need to OC it past stock voltages anyways?
Like i said though its hard to save when getting a PC with these parts and it all built with 2 years collect and return, honestly try it the Fortress case is over £200! I have thought about bit by bit but parts will be from everywhere its just not worth it even if saving £50 like i said.
If you're matching exact components you're kind of missing the point.
Ok thats fine but Bad case £120 cheaper, i can get that pc for 1k with a none B grade heatsink and a 670.
The SSD is also not as good as the other one.
Yeah i did that build on pcpartchecker and its cheaper.
Also thats not even £50 saving and if you want OCUK to build its £130, build it myself save £130 still not worth it lol?

I've got one in my basket for £950 all in. Pretty similar to Tommy's and with options to save money further if necessary.
Can you list the spec of the PC that you are interested in please? So we can make a comparison?
This is my system so far
Corsair Graphite 600T Midi Tower Case in Silver
Intel Core i5 3570K Processor Overclocked to up to 4.7GHz Maybe a i73770k?
Noctua NH-D14 Ultimate Performance Quiet CPU Cooler
Asus P8Z77-V Motherboard
8GB PC3-10666 1333MHz DDR3 Memory (2 x 4GB sticks) Not sure if faster ram would be better?
Gainward GeForce GTX 670 2048MB Graphics Card Maybe a 7970? And a different brand.
240GB Corsair Force 3 Solid State Drive
2000GB 7200RPM Hard Disk - 6Gbps
LG Blu-Ray ROM / DVD-RW Combi Drive (Blu-ray playback software supplied for Windows 7 only)
Corsair CX 750W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified PSU
£1050
What would you change?
Yes, I can go cheaper too, it was a balance, due to forum rules, I won't say any more.
@weehamish, if you think the Force 3 is better than the 830, then go for it, but I can assure you the 830 is better in every way-least being, stability, you won't have to take the chance of maybe having to unplug the 830 every other day as it doesn't suffer that problem.
If the SSD is for an OS drive, then you only need a 128Gb at most too.
The P280 is better than the 600T as well.
Good luck with your build.
I meant this case weehamish:

Where do you live by the way?
Never caused me an issue
Rusty he made a PC for £1070 thats not really cheaper if im not gonna save £300 why bother? I love what you guys are doing and im matching each spec your putting together and they are all decent but the case is the main price breaker here.
