Show Us Your Motors!

I've saved up enough to upgrade now, but the damn Japanese engineering just keeps on working :p, not found a good enough excuse to change beyond 'I want to' and that's not strong enough to blow my savings on a Z4 just yet!

I sold my 2005 CTS and bought a 2007 CTR, the CTR is the better car but not by as much as it cost me to change which makes me regret it to be honest, kind of miss the CTS

cheeky de-badge

I take back my Barryboy comment. Although the styling seems a little crazy it is growing on me!

After a quick clean:

Might get a clean rear plate...

Not sure why you took the trouble to find a low mileage car with really good service history and then once you had got it ruined the service history by not bothering to get it serviced

It was no trouble at all to find, looked on autotrader - went to see the car - Bought. The car was 1.5k how much more is an 8/9 year old coupe going to be worth if it has not got any more stamps in the book. Most cars I have ever owned I have serviced my self so no stamps in the book as I only buy cheap cars but I do look after them. The car has had oil and filter change a couple of months ago so I don't think any sell on price will be effected that much.

Some of my Celica that I bought early December. 56,000 miles on the clock.

AWD drifts in the snow are addictive

Still got face lift projector headlights to fit but the weather is crap and I have to remove all arch liners, under tray, unbolt bumper and remove just to get at the lights.

Thought that was my Dad's old car then! His was Thunder Grey with the TTE lip on the front too! Number plate is different though.

For some reason the GT4 looks perfectly at home in the snow :)

I cant see how that makes sense, my point is that for the cost to change in hindsight I'm not sure I made the right choice

What don't you like about the CTR? My cousin bought a CTS. IT has some wild KICK when it changes cam profile, is this normal? Also, is the clutch at the floor also normal?

Ignoring Fox's lies as he is generalising comments I made against the EP3 not the FN2, I'll reply directly to you

Its not that I dont like it as I do or else I would never have bought it, it has an awesome interior and has decent pull low down for a VTEC engine its just not enough of a change, I massively regret not driving a Mazda 3 MPS I think I'm a bit bored of revving the nuts off cars, noob error on my part but hey ho

Yeah the CTS goes mental in Lift, I dont recall my clutch being low but it was quite hard to get used to the clutch and it was very stiff

I see. FN2's are nice, just enjoy it.

I've learnt a lot from car buying since my last purchase. :(

Research, research and more research!

Thats the thing I've bought, owned and sold more cars than I can remember so its even more frustrating knowing I should I have driven an MPS just so that I wouldnt be thinking about it afterwards

Like you say I'm just going to enjoy it for a year or so
