PC gamers are no different to console gamers despite the "PC gaming master race" stereotype.

Both have groups of morons and sensible mature players

Was really looking forward to some bf3 haven't played in ages , & by the looks of it I wont be :mad: Its like I'm back on dial up :)

Anyone had this before? Running, then my character suddenly stops for like 5 seconds, and then i can move again. My ping is fine but i'm not saying that rules out the possibility of lag, but i'm just curious if anyone else has experienced this before?

Pretty sure I had the same thing, thought it was my wireless keyboard being dodgy.
 
Just tried to have a game and noticed my account has been hacked.

All my in game settings - video, key bindings - the lot have been changed. Loadouts, camo etc all changed

All from my friends have been deleted and some new bunch of unknowns to me added. Strangely, all seem to be from the Russian federation.

Have changed my Origin password and security question and unfriended these 'new friends'. Have reported these people to EA and currently awaiting talking to a customer service reps.

Is there anything else I need or can do to protect my account? From searching the net very quickly, this problem seems rife and is really really annoying.

Appreciate any help guys, as I am totally peeved atm. Cheers.

I was astounded when I first got 1Mb, which was straight from 56k, then went to 8Mb, then to 24Mb and now 100Mb. :p 2000x the speed of 56k! :eek: :p

Read a few ages back and somebody else had the same problem. EA were totally useless and refused to admit anything was wrong with their security despite Origin account hacks being rife
 
BF3 Crash?

Didnt really know where to put this so figured this is the best place.

Since my gpu upgrade i've have two mega crash's playing bf3 after 2/3 hours. The screen go's a weird brown grey coulour and nothing works at all not even the off button on the tower :S Any ideas what it could be? Im hoping its just a co-incidence since the upgrade but you can never be so sure i guess.

Recently got a new sapphire hd7850 2gb and overclocked it too 1050 + 5600mhz. It runs perfect in all the benchmarks i've done (furmark and unigine valley one) never going over 56c :S
