I know I shouldn't depend on such things but with this heat I've been really struggling to put in usual effort and motivate myself.

My gyms air-con has been broken for almost 3 weeks now and whilst training in the heat makes it uncomfortable I've not lost focus, if anything I've probably trained harder!
 
It's made me feel so drained. Just barely had the energy to do much. Doesn't help that my accommodation is red hot too,!

Also recently tried a pre workout called Psycho (why such lame names). That stuff was very good. Clean focus and no real crash. Maybe placebo, who knows!

Where you grab yours from? I've recently got some and tried it on Monday. Had lots of energy and focus through the whole thing. I think im on my 3rd day of body DOMS from the deadlift session and its still going strong!
