Most people will only see the nice backplate anyway. I'll see the shroud in my FT04, but I don't dislike the cooler... plus I'll be spending more time looking at the pretty graphics it renders

No only 2 slot, shroud is like the reference one in terms of size.

It uses the reference bottom half for VRM and memory cooling.

The EVGA hybrid is definitely only 2 slots, plus the requirement for a 120mm fan location to mount the rad.

That's a different design.

EVGA Hybrid uses existing reference fan and the AIO goes over the processor.

I really really dislike the AIO coolers. Some major pro's to them of course (and some cons) but for aesthetics, a proper waterblock looks miles better.

+1 they are akin to Roxy and Kat in Eastenders, something you would like to have a fumble with but wouldn't want to commit to a long term relationship.

Depends if you're prepared to flash custom BIOS to achieve really high clocks for better performance. It will be significantly cooler and quiter though.

I don't know if it's worth an extra £100 from reference or £50 from the SC ACX Version.
